things are unclear.
Fuzzy strategy, weak positioning, messy execution, or a team that's stuck. I'm a product leader comfortable making the hard calls, getting close to the work, and turning ambiguity into products with a clearer direction and real momentum.
More recently I've been building products from scratch with AI, because I think product leadership is moving closer to the work again, and I'm deliberately going deep on that now.
Photography
I shoot mostly film — it's an analogue hobby that's very different to my normal digital life. I like the delayed gratification, the creativity, and having a reason to get outside and explore new places.
It's something I've been learning a lot about over the past eighteen months, and I've enjoyed every part of it.
